You do not need to register to navigate the website or to download the free digital formats.

You only need to create an account to be able to access your personal area and to create credentials to be able to shop on our website again later without having to fill in the form again.

 

How to create an account

At the top right, click on the text "Register", you will be asked to enter an e-mail address and choose a password. You can also register a new account when you make your first purchase via the cart.

 

How to change your personal data

You can change your personal data from the "My account" page, under "Account details" and "Addresses". You can request us to send or delete your account and associated data as per our privacy policy.

 

How to retrieve your password

In the top right-hand corner, click on the text "Sign in", and then on "Forgot your password?". Enter the e-mail address used during registration and an e-mail will be sent to you with a new password.

 

How to place an order

Place all desired books in the shopping cart by clicking on the icon or button "Add to cart". From the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the bar you can view all the books you have added, delete them or change their quantity at any time. Click on "Checkout" to complete your order and pay.

 

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with summary details and an order number. Once you have received the confirmation email, your order will be processed immediately. And within 24 hours the order is taken care of.

If you don't receive the confirmation email soon, it's worth checking your spam folder, as it can sometimes end up there.

 

When will the book be shipped?

When your book is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier's tracking number to track your shipment. Shipment from our publishing warehouse will normally take place the day after receipt of your order.

 

What happens if an ordered title is out of stock

If a book you have ordered is out of print, out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by email and ship any other titles you have ordered, charging only the amount of the books actually shipped.

 

Where can I find my receipt/invoice?

The receipt for your order will be sent to the email address you specified in your order or when creating your profile, and you will also find it inside the package.

The invoice will be sent as a courtesy copy to the email address you specified when placing your order and sent directly to the Inland Revenue.

It will not be possible to request an invoice at a later date, but only when ordering.
