All costs below are for shipping packages weighing less than 2 kg.
Shipping costs and times to Italy
There are no shipping costs for shipments to Italy.
Except for cash on delivery payment, for which there is an additional charge of € 2.00 on the cover price.
The courier used for shipments within the national territory is GLS.
From the moment of confirmation of shipment, with the corresponding communication of the tracking number, shipping times vary from 24 or 48 hours depending on the destination.
Phone notice, even if requested in the order, is NOT mandatory for the courier (but only at its discretion), as it is not a 100% guaranteed service.
In case of cash on delivery payment, only cash is accepted (no checks, no ATM). If cash is not available at the time of delivery, the goods will go into storage with associated costs to you.
The courier will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times, then it will go into storage with related costs to be paid by the receiver.
In case the delivery address or telephone number (as contact) is WRONG, the customer must immediately communicate the correct information to us. If the customer does not report the change immediately, the customer agrees to contact the courier independently and have the destination or telephone number for contact changed. Address changes arrived late, could adversely affect the delivery time of the order (slowing down the delivery).
If you decide to CANCEL the order, it is recommended that you do so as soon as possible, otherwise if the order had already been processed-shipped, we will handle the costs associated with returning the packages to stock. To cancel the order simply reply to the 'email.
Costs and shipping times for the countries of the European Union
Shipping costs for European Union countries are € 15.00.
The courier used for shipping is Bartolini BRT.
Payment by cash on delivery is not possible.
From the moment the shipment is confirmed, with the corresponding communication of the tracking number, the shipping time is around 5 working days.
Shipping costs and times for countries outside the European Union
Shipping costs for countries outside the European Union are € 30.00 / € 60.00 (according to the country of destination)
The courier used for shipments is Poste Italiane.
Payment by cash on delivery is not possible.
From the moment of confirmation of the shipment, with related communication of the tracking number, the shipping time is around 10/15 working days.
